In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
The Director will serve as the solution champion and subject matter expert for human resources, attain an individual sales quota for HR sales, and provide strategic direction for the HR product offerings.

In this role, you will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner.
The Human Resources Director provides proactive leadership, direction and professional expertise in all areas of human resources management for all of the organizations global locations, but with emphasis on staffing and recruiting, talent management and employee and labor relations.
