The role is responsible for Employee personnel File management, I-9 Employee Verification Processing, Employment Verifications (verbal and written), Relocation management (domestic and international) as well as various HR special projects as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage full cycle recruitment for select regions of the organization while utilizing creative sourcing techniques, leveraging Taleo ATS capabilities, and ensuring compliance throughout the process.
In this role, you will be responsible for designs, prepares, and distributes regular and ad-hoc reporting, including but not limited to audit reports, weekly termination lists and monthly headcount reports. Review data ensure accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will play a key role in helping company process critical employment changes for its employees and ensure our organizations compliance with federal/state laws and regulations, including Affirmative Action and EEO policies.
