The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the facilities and office services department of the global headquarters office which includes space planning, general office services, reception desk, project management, property management, emergency management, corporate security programs and systems, and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for performance of team of Technicians/ Mechanics/ Operating Engineers over multiple shifts or a large scale facility to perform maintenance and repair on client equipment and facilities systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop strategic asset plans for assigned properties by traveling to properties to understand existing conditions, inspect work progress or validate completed project meets company standards.
The GAM-CBS represents specifically the cleaning and break room products and services to assigned customers, while supporting global efforts with the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as an agent of our client and representative/liaison to a variety of external entities including federal, state, and local agencies, customers, suppliers, industry related groups, and various nonprofit, educational, government, and community entities.
