Drive the process for annual talent assessment, professional and leadership development. Work in conjunction with managers and employees to identify and coordinate professional development opportunities; create and implement a training curriculum for every employee at all levels, and coordinate and conduct training sessions as necessary.
Working closely with business leadership, HRBP colleagues, and our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), the Director HR Strategic Business Partner will identify and execute opportunities where HR can drive desired business outcomes through people and culture efforts.
Responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
Maintains awareness and expertise regarding innovative HR policy, benefits, government regulations, and similar changes by attendance at seminars, communication with peers in other organizations, and review of various publications.
