In this role, you will be responsible to plan the test approach and scope, review project requirements and provide feedback, write software test cases, execute test cases, record and manage defects, and communicate issues, risks and status on a timely basis.
In this position, you will support, Install, maintain, and troubleshoot standard PC hardware and peripherals, local data center / servers support and software applications, including burglar, card access system, telecommunications systems, presentation systems and network infrastructure for local site. Resolve user and system problems.
In this role, you will document the problem, actions, and notifications taken during its resolution. The selected candidate will follow through with problem troubleshooting until completion or execute proper hand off if required.
In this position, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Technology to understand and clearly articulate functional capabilities, limitations and caveats of solutions as they relate to varied customer scenarios.
In this role, you will maintain open and frequent communications with other Customer Care team members with regard to client activity; ensure that assigned trouble tickets are updated regularly with clear and concise notes that indicate actions needed to complete request.
This will be a customer facing position that will be responsible for reaching out to customers and scheduling groom/migration activity, coordinating internally with the network org, and ensuring that the migration completes on time.
