This position is responsible for developing integrated, results-oriented communications strategies that support the Office of Internal Governance & Administration, including those related to Corporate & Administrative Services, Ethics and Business Conduct and Corporate Audit.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide internal communications support for all of the North American business. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting all internal communications for the NA President and NA COO.
In this role, you will be responsible for corresponding with internal customers to keep them informed of sales-related developments, announce new products and discuss changes in a way that projects a positive image and ensures alignment throughout the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for building target media lists and pitching bloggers and online journalists; assist and collaborate in developing strategy and execute media relations portion of programs with limited supervision.

The Product Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing the marketing communication strategy and executing the tactics for Siemens in vitro product families/product lines in partnership with global and cluster marketing. The tactical activities include advertising and promotional programs, educational programs and webinars, tradeshow messaging, internet-based communications and special promotions.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide communications counsel to key functional leaders/teams - including coaching and feedback to develop communications skills within the function; supports drafting, editing, review and production of content; advises / supports on global meeting/conference branding and messaging.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to completing required data entry and paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to opening requirements, assessments, progress notes and any other funder requirements.
