In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing and orchestrating internal and external communications, including the dissemination of information by subject matter experts within the organization and its ecosphere.
In this role, you will be responsible for
developing all types of communications in a fast paced marketing communications department. This includes content development for both internal, corporate and external audiences utilizing digital, social and traditional channels.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage external agency(s) that support press management, public relations, trade associations to achieve business objectives; integrate internal communications across all available internal platforms for all NA facilities.
This position collaborates with the Community Support Team (CST) to provide community support team services to individuals assigned to the CST in order to decrease crisis episodes and increase community functioning, assisting consumers to achieve recovery goals.
Provide for referral, linkage and advocacy to recommended community resources especially involving hospitals, state & federal aid agencies, court systems, physician offices, food pantries, landlords and local churches/charities.
This role will develop and implement media relations, stakeholder engagement programs and activities to protect and enhance thyssenkrupp's elevator reputation and brand across all stakeholder groups, and support its business goals.
