The Contingent Labor Category Manager is responsible for all aspects of sourcing events including identifying opportunities, understanding business requirements, developing category strategy, conducting market assessments, managing the sourcing process, identifying supplier participants and conducting supplier capability and suitability assessments, performing analysis, conducting negotiations and contract review and presenting regular status updates to the appropriate audiences.

The Associate Category Manager drives Category performance through detailed analysis of vendor proposals and agreements, product assortment, pricing and change analysis including historical changes and future forecasting.
In this role you will be responsible for the purchasing and supply management activities for categories and sub - categories. Work closely with key stakeholders in both Corporate and Division organizations to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans.
