The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for the design and implementation of IAM services. IAM services include identity assurance and registration, access request, access provisioning, single sign-on, and directory technologies.
Review and monitor all KPIs and be involved in discussion on how to grow and improve the business sections plans to improve the volume and profitability of assigned brands within established objectives.
Builds reports and reporting dashboards in Oracle Business Intelligence (for Taleo and general HR Data) application to satisfy report requests, thoroughly testing and validating results against data and customer requirements.
The Business Analyst works with a variety of technical and functional partners within the business to define requirements for application development, develops required documentation and communicates status in order to ensure business requirements are met.
Work with a remote offshore team to help analyze customer process maturity and process adherence performance; must have the ability to Implement standardized support processes and configure ServiceNow instanced based on ITIL best practices to meet business requirements.
Directs and participates in the analysis, SAP technical configuration, modification, testing and implementation of SAP MM, PP, and PLM modules as well as any related system modules, including SaaS applications.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate agile work efforts and ensure the team's productivity is maximized and that the team leverages iterative/agile best practices to stay focus and meet their goals and commitments.
Participate in integration and other design reviews together with User Experience Teams and application architects/developers to come up with the best balance of functionality vs. code quality vs. performance vs. delivery timing vs. work effort when integrating applications with a portal.
