Manage all Branch Sales activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and procedures; manage Branch Sales activities in a way that will achieve both short and long term goals of the Branch.
Coordinate the activities of service technicians and subcontractors in the completion of service related tasks. Responsible for scheduling, planning, and completion of service, warranty and emergency jobs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, strategic and operations planning for the DC, including financial management, operational performance and analysis, planning and execution, distribution, fleet management, inventory management, vendor management, and leadership, including performance management.
Develop and execute market plan to direct the sale of company products and services for orders entered objective relating to price, volume, mix and market share across the various district load centers.
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Branch Managers actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers. Managers also expand the branchs customer base and branch profitability.
