The Manager, Service Assurance will be responsible for development of Operations and Support frameworks across for the Carrier Operations Service Management organization to ensure best practices are shared and consistently followed across Managed Services and Support engagements.
Youll work with all aspects of the product and platform development, including collaborating with hardware, media content and design engineering teams to determine the build-ability and test-ability of features.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of clinical records and files to comply with Conditions of Participation (COPs), using measurements, as licensure, certification, and accreditation results.
Perform on-going assessments of PODs quality system effectiveness. Develop long-range vision based on identified performance gaps, emerging customer requirements and external benchmarking. PODs quality system includes: corrective and preventive action, internal auditing, document control, control of records, process control, cost of quality, lab testing, etc.
Patient support systems, safe mobility and handling solutions, non-invasive therapeutic products for a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, medical equipment rentals, surgical products and information technology solutions.
The Quality Control Manager (project level) plans, coordinates, and oversees implementation of Construction quality control and quality assurance programs at the project level. This position also creates, reviews and amends Project Quality Plans to keep them current and to ensure compliance in all respects with the contract, established standards, methods and specifications.
