In this role, you will assist with leading and facilitating performance improvement activities of the Medical Center to support the implementation of the Quality and Patient Safety Plan Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies including publicly reported quality initiatives and standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of clinical records and files to comply with Conditions of Participation (COPs), using measurements, as licensure, certification, and accreditation results.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timeliness, consistency, and accuracy in all audits and audit reports; assisting in the investigation of potential compliance issues.
Review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement. This review includes verification of appropriate documentation, quality of care provided, visits utilization, appropriate contacts with physicians, adherence to the care plan, and evidence of communication between disciplines.
The candidate will also play a supporting role in Crowes tax publications. A successful candidate will be prepared to assist the current leadership in expanding revenue by working with practice offices on existing clients and external opportunities
In this role, you will proactively prepare all facilities for all inspections including annual 3rd party audits and determine, document and assist in execution/manage plans for follow up resulting from each inspection preparation activity.
This position is responsible for maintain quality assurance policies and procedures; directs the establishment and administration of quality assurance/quality control to all Arlington Heights operations; administers sound quality policies to insure safety and quality of products at a minimal cost; evaluates and develops improvement policies encountered in quality evaluation of products; and performs other related other duties as required.
Manage the day-to-day operation, including instrument setup and maintenance, scheduling of product and variable work force, invoicing of customers, controlling expenses, organizing installation and removal of Rentals, ensuring a healthy and safe workplace, maintaining our government certifications, and motivating our workforce.
