The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring national contract requirements are being upheld across all markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer sills, have an eye for detail and be able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
As Event Marketing Sales Coordinator you will learn industry, research with subject matter experts, devise market segmentation strategy for targeted industry events, guide database research teams, extract and manage targets from existing database, collaborate on event messaging and digital content strategy, deploy various creative email marketing tactics, manage inquiries and close engagement gaps, launch any multi-channel marketing strategy for event including strategic partnerships, digital media and public relations.
The position also solicits business from new and existing customers to build business volume according to the business plan. The position purchases transportation services by qualifying potential contractors and finalizing agreements.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide a variety of general account, clerical and sales support functions including, processing orders/Return Authorizations, client configurations, customer service and reporting.
In this role, you will strategize and collaborate with the Marketing and Creative departments to prepare RFPS, RFIs, and proposal presentations; participate as a team player in providing overall value to the company.
In this role, the candidate will generate reports and have the ability to foresee problems and alert the Account Manager and provide solutions; Produce accurate, quality work products; make efficient use of time and resources.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to supporting office operations, preparing correspondence in final form, receiving and directing visitors, arranging meetings, maintaining department records and files, preparing administrative reports.
