In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with Customer Service, Project Management and/or Operational teams to ensure successful on- going product development after sales service requirements are met.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations, budget, and quota of the indirect channel; analyze reports / sales results, and develop action plans designed to increase sales productivity.
In this role, you will perform advanced sales, market, and account management activities, with an emphasis on sales volume and customer growth. Responsibilities may include servicing customer business, developing sales and related business strategies, and developing relationships with site management, including upper management.
In this role, you will under limited supervision contribute to the membership, customer service and financial goals of Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI) by providing the public with health insurance through the direct sales of individual policies generated by direct marketing campaigns and unsolicited leads.
In this role, the selected candidate will engage in sales interactions with members of the medical community (includes physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.) and also provide patient and product information to key offices.
