This position is responsible for working directly with our service providers to onboard new customers, including installation of software and hardware, documenting the new environment and transferring knowledge to the service support team.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate audit-related tasks to ensure the readiness of managers and their teams for audit testing and facilitating the timely resolution of any audit finding.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare user stories, uses cases, acceptance criteria, screen mockups and requirements as needed. Lead the team to develop estimates including all aspects of end to end SDLC process.
In this role you will work to ensure that solution, process or business knowledge is shared amongst the other members of the it team so as to mitigate the risk of a single person with the only knowledge necessary to support a production solution or process.
In this role, you will partners with stakeholders to create specifications & identify business requirements for systems & solutions to meet business needs -Defines, analyzes & proposes business solutions based on the business needs.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology within finance.
