In this role, the selected candidate will work with DC Management to implement all aspects of the company safety program; ensure compliance with all OSHA and other Federal, State and Local safety rules and regulations.
In this role, you will be expected to define and implement an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory. She/He will develop a pipeline of opportunities and progress them from lead generation to final closing.The position holder will be expected to achieve a predefined annual sales quota amongst other objectives.
Responsible for making injury / illness classification in accordance with OSHA Recordkeeping Guidelines. Maintain injury / illness statistics and rates, in addition to submitting informational reports to the plant and corporate Elanco.
Developing and implementing training programs; Proven success in driving continuous improvement in HSE; Lean and Six Sigma preferred; Apollo Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), or similar problem solving tools; Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
