The Territory Manager (TM) manages and supports functions essential to sales force productivity. These include recruiting, training, developing, planning, and grassroots marketing to meet all sales goals and KPIs.
In this role, you will guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive the implementation strategy to ensure a seamless transition for clients; develop the wide pharmacy sales strategy which includes sales and account management support.
