In this role, you will build trust, visibility and credibility with business partners located throughout our organization, by providing support and feedback to Members, Managers and MCR that is accurate, timely, and appropriate.
This position will be responsible for completing HR category-specific work activities while interfacing collaboratively with HR business partners, HR process owners, internal customers, and other shared services specialists on various processes which may include payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, labor relations, student and intern programs and other related HR processes.
In this role, you will prepares and maintains records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data. Maintains personnel files in accordance with required regulations, laws and hr standard practice guidelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives for assigned business units.
