Provide comprehensive HR support to assigned business unit(s). Engages in and supports business strategy. Builds relationships and works with line managers to clarify strategy, manage talent, create value added organizational capabilities and deliver supporting HR strategies.
Manage the day-to-day tactical and operational HR issues on a timely basis within a specific area by proactively working directly with Administrative Support personnel, Team Leaders, and/or Department Managers.
Responsible for the day to day implementation of policies and programs covering several areas including recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and employment. Recommends changes to policies and programs when appropriate.
