The Corporate Account Director (CAD) is responsible for driving business growth and market development initiatives within key IDNs and strategic accounts in collaboration with the cross-divisional sales leadership teams to include the Vice President, Healthcare Systems (HCS), Vice President of Sales, National Sales Directors (NSD), Area Vice Presidents (AVP), National Account Directors (NAD), Regional Directors (RD) and Directors of Sales/District Managers (DOS/DM).
Develop and grow both existing and new business in order to meet company goals and expectations for ground expedite and air charter and develop and maintain a strong carrier portfolio according to the carrier selection criteria.
In this role, the selected candidate manages the assigned campaigns through driving to AHA Best Practices and is directly accountable for achieving revenue goals aligned with funding research, public health, professional education and training and community services.
In this role, the selected candidate will present the Company's products through on-line and/or on-site demonstrations and have the knowledge to answer questions about the demonstrated product and support services.
Managing relationships with global talent management consulting firms and vendors to provide strategic solutions; leading a team of designated staff with a focus on development, performance management and coaching & mentoring.
