Liaison between plan administrators and members. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations such as COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and ERISA. Process enrollments, terminations medical, dental, vision, life insurance and flexible spending accounts.
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the coordination, administering, and monitoring of all company compensation and benefit programs, including reviewing programs and suggesting appropriate modifications with the ultimate goal being the achievement of competitive market position. Provide, on an as needed basis, special guidance and assistance to all site locations in regard to various employee benefit plans.
