The Supervisor, Product Support is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of Technical Services team. The Supervisor implements business strategies and maintains profitable business relationships.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop product and technology requirements for current and future product developments through close coordination with: Business Development & Sales, key customers (in coordination with Key Account Managers, and Engineering).
Develop and give product presentations in support of information requirements for sales meetings, new product launch public relations press tours and dealer sales training, customer visits to corporate headquarters, and project tollgate approvals.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a knowledge of quality principles and tools (problem analysis, statistical tools, design of experiments, control charts, and other quality methodologies).
