They will start out supporting the current imaging systems and application. However they will move into being the sole development resource for the Department of Labor project related to the Fiduciary Rule changes.
This Position will be responsible for the customer service and application engineering support aspect for Viking LACT customers (by applying multiple product technologies used to support the business).
In this role, you will design, develop and implements cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications that are the most complex in nature. Serves as an expert in applications development and undertakes the most complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
Participate in six sigma and Value Stream projects as required with regards to application review process and technical service concerns.
Monitor customer needs, changing market conditions, product deficiencies and market opportunities to make recommendations for new products and process improvements.
Assist in development and maintenance of a technical knowledge database that would include liquid experience database, mechanical seal database, technical white papers, and technical information as determined by customer needs.
Lead in the design, development, deployment and support of software components, and software solutions for business units and/or enterprise level projects in the Microsoft .NET environment for multiple platforms.
The Technical Installation and Support Engineer main tasks and responsibilities are to work with others on the support team and to provide industry-leading service and support to customer utilizing Company's Hospitality Solutions.
