The candidate will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisement to the Avenger Product office. Exercise knowledge of systems engineering principles, provide recommendations to the product manager, review and assess plans and documentation in support of the ongoing upgrade and development efforts of the Avenger Weapon Systems.
Leading a team who as part of the Systems Engineering process independently analyzes and recommends safety criteria in system design, equipment, and procedures to control or eliminate hazards in products, facilities and operations.

Identifies, evaluates, and provides creative and practical solutions to a wide range of solid and liquid rocket propulsion system problems requiring the use of conventional engineering design and analysis methods and tools.
The Sr. Systems Analyst Programming Specialist BI Cognos will be part of the Performance Management team. This Analyst will be responsible for developing, documenting, and supporting standardized and/or customized reports across multiple platforms.
Support the full lifecycle of systems development for avionics products including concept design, system architecture, definition and management of requirements, modeling and simulation, managing suppliers, managing cost and schedule, System Integration Laboratory (SIL) integration, aircraft integration, verification, and flight testing.
Prepares and delivers results in oral presentations and/or written documents. Provides guidance to less experienced engineers. Support engineering improvement initiatives such as tool enhancements and standard work procedures.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience developing and delivering executive level briefings, will have negotiation skills demonstrated through complex technical problem solving, and will have demonstrated ability to breakdown complex problems or issues into manageable pieces.
This effort will integrate Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) and digital representations from each of the BMDS program elements into a system that accurately represents the performance of fielded Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) equipment against a variety of threats in realistic environments.
