The Process Engineer (Painting Line) will review and monitor painting line performance, including on-going quality and performance metrics. The Process Engineer will also troubleshoot and resolve application issues, as well as paint line operational issues.
In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing personnel to solve production issues in hand layup, automated fiber placement, secondary bonding, autoclave cure, NDI, machining, and assembly processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze and improve business processes to improve overall workflow efficiencies and effectiveness; lead non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
In this role, you will work closely with production, development, quality and the engineering department on manufacturing issues and improvement areas. Helps investigate, establish, and implement requirements for specialty tooling, fixtures and methods of inspection to improve throughput and quality.
