In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for incorporate into control panel software all key systems including motors, actuators, sensors, motion controls, vision systems, HMIs, PLCs and other devices.
Work with a team of engineers and designers to design or select hardware components, develop CAD models of structures and mechanisms, develop detailed fabrication and assembly drawings, and provide fabrication support to shop personnel.
As the Lead Paper Process Engineer, responsibilities include delivery of the process engineering deliverables on time, within budget and meeting quality expectations. May require proving the supervision and technical direction of a team of process engineers on larger projects.
In this role, you will work with the production plant to assure timely and proper installation and qualification of the capital equipment occurs, program expectations are met (financial and performance) and a smooth and effective hand-off is realized.
Interfacing with stakeholders including manufacturing, polishing, and electro forming teams as well as with key project scientists and engineers to ensure strong team interaction and high productivity.
In this role, you will creates, designs, and modifies processes within and across multiple cells and plant facilities utilizing best practices, engineering experience, and expertise to ensure the most lean/efficient and productive methods. Requires weld, controls, chemical, industrial engineering degree and background when specified.
