This position will be responsible for leading the overall EH&S efforts for the Specialty business while building EH&S organizational capability and driving the implementation of systems, processes and programs to achieve EH&S excellence.
Collaboratively prioritize and steer innovation projects and topics within the phase gate process, manages resources and budget; drives the realization of process improvements together with operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement in production and productivity, driving solutions and implementation of process modifications to enhance quality, improve profitability and increase customer satisfaction.
The Sr. Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of middle market clients who need financial services and products to meet their needs. In addition to being the primary bank advocate and key financial advisor for the client, the RM is accountable for prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts (e.g., KOLs, Medical Director, Quality Director, C-suite, Director of Pharmacy, Industry Relations, etc.) and identify opportunities for further engagement.
Collaborate with Call Center Director to establish direction and department strategies. Manager will also c on tribute to maintaining Call Center performance by ensuring the team meets standards for related call center metrics as defined by LG Electronics.
Provide support for metadata and IDQ components of the Informatica platform; included will the the installation and configuration of each of the components relative to defined specification of the vendor for optimum performance.
