In this role, the selected candidate will identify and manage project dependencies and critical path; track project milestones and deliverable; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
In this role, you will provide authorized users with access to relevant applications with required security clearance; ensure equipment assigned to the department is properly accounted for and maintained in good condition.
In this role, the selected candidate will receive end user requests via support desk system and respond / resolve incidents within set SLAs (service level agreements). Update and close incidents when work is completed.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop purchase agreements in a manner that insures all requirements and special terms and conditions are met; manage existing Software License including handling requests for interpretation of existing rights and obligations.
