This position is responsible for the oversight of all Engineering and Construction Services (E&CS) Project Controls' requirements. This includes providing direction and implementation of Project Controls' policies, standards and procedures, ensuring Project Controls' deliverables meet and/or exceed stakeholder expectations, and providing strategic planning for all aspects of project scheduling and cost management.
