The oCQE office has vehicle platform responsibility for total customer satisfaction related to all aspects of the product life cycle quality management. In our role we engage with all facets of the business from Product Planning, Design and Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing and Field Quality Investigations.
Technical Consultants will be responsible for ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction. Core functions include: post-sales technical support for Schneider Electrics core product line and product selection services.
In this role, you will provide phone, chat, and email assistance to customers, consultants and partners on the usage of products and layered components, such as data transformation tools and report writing tools.
In this role, you will create and maintain local documentation related to CA Service Desk to include the system administration, installation and configuration guides, analyst user guides as well as procedures and policies.
