The software engineer in this role works on-site with the customer and our experienced development team on projects developing software and tools to archive and retrieve data and to produce technical documentation from a variety of sources including databases and simulation output.
Conduct highly technical engineering investigations of customer reported incidents to identify the need for design or manufacturing countermeasure action; manage system, component or model KPIs to achieve target.
Analysis of key market indicators (warranty, JD Powers IQS, etc.) to identify priority issues to be addressed. Manage model based issue prioritization and cross-functional quality improvement activities.
