The Production Manager is responsible for all electronic and physical transactions involving raw materials becoming finished goods on time, on spec., and on budget. This position is also responsible for planning production, maintaining 5S compliance, and ensuring the areas contain work-in-progress items only.
The lean manager will encourage a culture focused on continuous improvement by providing lean education, training, and support to our clients and project teams in their efforts to incorporate last planner system and lean tools and philosophy within their current processes.
