The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leadership of the fabrication, assembly, customer service and distribution aspects of the organization, including people development and cost control. This position also has responsibility to drive productivity, efficiency and optimization of the Company's production capabilities, including the Company's new Center of Excellence (COE) operations.
This position is primarily one of business development with new revenue goals set each year. All products count toward the new revenue goals and include commercial loans, deposits, treasury management, derivatives, foreign exchange, capital markets, wealth and asset management, commercial card and merchant finance.
The VP, Executive Planning Consultant will have the responsibility for maintaining and nurturing relationships with senior executives and management leaders of key Workplace benefit plan clients. In this capacity, the EPC will be the focal point for financial planning and guidance for a select group of executives and be an integral part of a cross company team consisting of a managing directors, relationship managers and executive services associates. In this role, the selected candidate will be leading international sales for OEM to LNG or Petrochem refining, transportation or transmission industries to develop strategy, systematically grow revenue and identify new markets for global leader in engineering and manufacture of large scale pumping, compressing, transmission and storage technologies.
