In this role, the selected candidate needs to be an extremely bright, dynamic and successful sales and business development professional who can open new accounts, close business and build trusted relationships with clients for long term repeat business.
This position manages the planning, implementation, and administration of all benefit and compensation programs, and will also oversee payroll and HRIS. The ideal candidate will come from a mid to large, public company and be a hands on leader.
In this role, you will manage activities representing multiple functions/products/locations through first and second level management, including full human resources, cost and budgetary accountability.

lead all aspects of provider and network operations to include provider network strategy, provider relations and operations to support provider service, network development, provider education, and product and market expansions.
