As the Audit and Compliance Program Manager you will be the CT Lien Solutions IT liaison with our clients and will work to give the clients the best possible experience. You will lead client audits including preparation, execution and follow up with client until all findings are closed.

In this role, the selected candidate will perform advanced and complex transportation engineering work in one or more functional areas such as planning, project development and design, construction, transportation/traffic operations and maintenance.
The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for providing technical and operational supervision to the Project Controls staff; preparation of Project Controls Execution Plan, Project Controls Procedures and coordination of the Monthly Progress Report.
In this role, you will be responsible for the quality of engineering work performed, client service, utilization of staff, marketing, reputation of the office, contract management, billing collection, and project profitability for roadway transportation projects.
