The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of projects that fall within their specified region and Line Of Business (LOB) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful and profitable implementation of projects.
Responsible for managing Operations Network and Server Technician to ensure proper Standard Operating Procedures and Change Management Processes are being followed. This position requires working independently with minimal supervision from Director of IT.

The Software Product Manager will manage the existing integrity management product portfolio as well as new offerings built upon the foundation of broader industry-leading solutions provided by DNV GL to the onshore/offshore pipeline operator and distribution utility market segments.
Develops close working relationships with strategic customers, utility providors and contractors. Identifies appropriate internal controls for process; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
This role will focus on the optimization of the product production plan including correlating sales forecasts and market demand with the inventory strategy and production plan to optimize throughput and product costs.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities and associated costs of formulations, packaging, transportation and distribution network, inventory control, and warehousing processes while maintaining a focus on cost reduction.
