The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the solutions that we deliver to our clients meet the quality standards of Fiserv. The role will act as Senior QA to a variety of projects primarily focusing on large implementation and upgrades.
The primary role of the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is to support technical testing efforts enterprise wide. The ideal candidate will offer a detailed Quality Assurance background with automation testing and tools as well as web automated testing.
In this role, you will provide analysis and reporting with regard to the precision and accuracy of metrics being measured; support the Service Desk with incident, problem and change management processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will organize and facilitate meetings/workshops where business requirements and application objectives are articulated, accurately captured and maintained/distributed appropriately.
The Quality Assurance Analyst uses superior analytical, and critical thinking skills to ensure that all client specific reporting requirements have been met prior to final report submission to the client and that all Pipeline Integrity Procedures have been adhered to.
