The selected candidate will lead client meetings and presentations, be responsible for determining client requirements, direct a team of talented professionals and develop solutions from the beginning to the end of a project.
Oversee projects through to project close out; development and adherence to pre-construction schedules and construction milestones, accurate and timely tracking of submittals, RFI's and other critical project documentation, weekly and monthly reporting to the owner.
Must provide overall management oversight and critical task tracking to ensure that all goals and objectives are achieved while the overall health of the implementation is maintained throughout the life of the project.
Research existing conditions, building requirements and construction/equipment costs, to determine scope of work and budget that will be submitted to senior management for approval Assist in short and long term capital and maintenance forecasting for operating companies.
The Diagnostics Engineer/Project Manager will take on the responsibility of managing the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects within the office with focus on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics related work.
Develops and/or reviews documentation related to project construction administration, contractor payments, change orders, construction inspections, quality controls, safety and overall contract compliance; prepares cost estimates and analyzes contractor proposals.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary client contact on restoration projects for a variety of structure types building envelopes, parking structures, water-retention structures, plazas, tunnels and bridges.
