The Product Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries for assistance in a timely and professional manner via phone, email or instant chat. The position will also work closely with product support team members to resolve any implementation or production issues.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and wide range of people types; ability to address and resolve conflicts with good communications technique.
Develop and manage underwriting strategies for both renewals and prospects within his/her portfolio of accounts, including knowledge of the current penetration by product, cross marketing penetration by product and specific plans to increase company share.
The Project Specialist provides analytical and specialized technical support to department management. Responsible for specific moderately complex, project-oriented assignments which include leading, coordinating and completing projects related to operational activities.
