The Hospice Associate Medical Director - Team Physician will Work with the Medical Director and appropriate Manager, Clinical Team to plan, provide and evaluate clinical care. Serve on the Business Development Team and supports the Provider Relations activities of the organization in addition to input to the Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) committee.
In this role, you will collaborate with other Division Medical Directors to facilitate the communication and integration of information related to physician practice across center divisions in a coordinated and timely manner.
