The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the DM Associate Director and their dedicated Client Services team, and serves as a day-to-day contact for clients on all campaign needs including digital asset collection, deadline management, quality assurance, and weekly reporting compilation.

This positions primary objective is to leverage existing sponsorships to their maximum impact and elevate the hospitals image in the community. He/she will manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including sports teams, clients, physicians, community and external vendors.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience from email to web, microsites, app experience; develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through emails.
