This position is responsible for the leadership of the F/D/M Market Sector, and will serve as the chief strategist, advisor, and decision maker by providing insight for strategic planning and direction of business development activities and procedures.
The Process Engineer works closely with divisional, customer, and supplier staff specialists to ensure the successful development and implementation of engineering changes, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, and projects which affect die tooling and assembly processes.
As a Process Engineer you will be accountable for providing daily support for the monitoring of production in the processing areas. The successful candidate is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of the production units thereby improving operating costs and yields.
In this role, you will provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions.
In this role, you will design of building HVAC systems, including airside and hydronic system components. Writing of project reports and specifications. Coordinating work with clients and contractors as well as in-house staff. Documentation of systems design in Revit MEP. Engineering analysis work, including load calculations and equipment sizing. Engineering analysis and energy modeling including whole building energy analysis, façade thermal analysis, and airflow modeling.
In this role, the selected candidate will reduce cost of product and increased production throughput through new design, simplification etc; verify designs through quick, valid and accurate engineering analyses.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide technical support or expertise within your discipline in the design and installation stages of projects for new assets and modification of existing assets to minimize life cycle cost and maximize asset availability.
The Process Engineer will develop extensive manufacturing expertise and will be a primary resource in process operation, troubleshooting and in providing engineering support to Operators and Production Supervisors.
