The HR Administrator will provide high quality professional administrative HR Services to all stakeholders within their area of responsibility, in compliance with HR policies, systems, practices, standards, and procedures.
In this position, you will work closely with the branch and regional management team, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of talent and employee related issues including effective leadership and motivational approaches .
In this role, you will administer various human resource plans and procedures; assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; prepare and maintain internal documents such as the employee handbook.
In this role, you will be responsible for
the delivery of HR solutions to managers, employees and HR Leadership within the business with a high level of customer focus and for working with peers to ensure work is shared across groups to ensure full coverage and utilization of team strengths.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish strong relationships with all key stakeholders and clients within the matrix organization; lead the implementation of talent strategies that address known leadership and organizational capability gaps to achieve long term business strategy and near term business priorities.
