Directly responsible for the review and coordination of the mechanical and electrical ( MEP ) services works and associated coordination with Project Manager and Project Superintendent in accordance with schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with responsibilities for meeting technical solutions for areas and programs that provide composite primary and secondary structures for commercial aircraft.
Provides management support and continuing development of management and supervisory personnel. Ensures that all capital items installed or replaced for all facilities meet SCORE requirements, and EnergyStar guidleines.
Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors based on organizational and divisional goals and Company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organizational/divisional objectives and/or schedules.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for safeguarding corporate/business team assets and resources at the site while supporting the corporate/management teams mission of satisfying customers needs.
Fully understanding the technical and/or complex service needs of prospective customers and actively interfacing with the Business Unit Managers responsible for the operating units supporting the various integrated capabilities.
Implements measurement systems that clearly indicate the performance level of the sourcing strategy and supplier effectiveness. Maintains focus on added value, lowest total life cycle cost and cost savings.
As a key member of the operations team, the Plant Manager reports to the Global Director of Operations and is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations for the site including: safety, manufacturing, planning, purchasing, warehousing, maintenance, quality, technical operations, engineering and inventory management.
