In this role, the selected candidate will be managing contracts with external vendors which provide facilities related services; scheduling repairs and maintenance which are not handled by building managers.
In this role, you will develop and implement measures to achieve cost-effective improvements in real estate assets to support operations, increase business satisfaction and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
The primary objective of this position is to manage all aspects regarding the physical maintenance of all small retail buildings which include vendor selection, preventative maintenance, EMS (Energy Management System) management, daily eform management while meeting established expense and capital budgets and customer experience standards.
In this role, you will administer various human resource plans and procedures; assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; prepare and maintain internal documents such as the employee handbook.
The Senior Project Manager will provide exceptional leadership with clear direction and accountability for major capital project installations from initial budget requests and cost estimating, through phased engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning in a World Class Manufacturing environment, utilizing established Project Management Standards. Will be responsible for several large projects in unison, completed with the highest regard for safety, environment, quality and reliability, as well as performance ethics.
