In this role, the selected candidate will utilize sales processes, systems, and forms for external and internal sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
In this role, you will develop new practices. Must be highly organized and the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast moving environment. Must possess excellent command of the written language, interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing industrial marketing plans and programs. Ensuring that these programs are implemented by local branch personnel working in collaboration with local sales managers and corporate subject matter experts.
