In this role, you will develop, implement and maintain Quality Enhancement Programs. Ensures that all quality enhancement programs including audits and accreditation standards are maintained in accordance with Medicare, JCAHO, TDH, OSHA and other regulatory agencies.

Develop training materials and provide training for both providers and internal team.Assist in development of covered benefit grid and corresponding authorization requirements for all covered services as well as any state specific medical necessity criteria .
Responsible for supporting and driving FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI), including use of FMS QAI tools.
