The Buyer - Materials Planner will maximize customer service and production efficiency through effective management of the production procurement, and raw materials management process for the assigned facilities, while focusing efforts on productivity, efficiency, and lowest total delivered cost.
The Inventory Planner will support all inventory management responsibilities for Linde RAS, including Master Inventory Data Management, inventory forecasting, replenishment, overstock disposition, and lead warehousing improvement projects.
The employee will maintain a good understanding of the business processes supported by the assigned modules, coordinate and maintain close alignment with business users of the applications to plan for changes to the software and to ensure it continues to support the business processes into the future, and participate as an active member of the CPC IT team.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with local TLV End User Sales team to have clients specify TLV & ensure that is acted on by EPCs; collaborate with local distribution channel to ensure cost competitive quotation.
Work with upstream and midstream personnel to analyze inventory levels and product demands to determine reorder levels and safety stocks that will ensure product availability and minimize inventory, logistics and storage costs.
