The Administrator is responsible for overall management of the hospice. Keeping in mind the programs goals of quality patient care, and judicious use of resources, the Administrator must coordinate all aspects of the program into a smoothly functioning organization dedicated to excellence in care and support of the dying patient and his/her family.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day support for SAP systems, including but not limited to system monitoring, transport management, printer administration and SAP troubleshooting.
In this role, the selected candidate acts as a team or project leader and/or system architect providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
Responsible for all aspects of hospital operations including profit and loss, quality of care, outcomes, client relations, community involvement, retention of employees and compliance with all contract, regulatory and Joint Commission standards.
Provides application support to faculty, directors, and program implementation staff as well as system users in the investigation, analysis, and resolution of all problems related to the services and its integrated applications. This support includes elicitation and documentation of business requirements as well as reviewing functional scope of Moodle LMS with stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will consult with Enterprise Infrastructure & Application colleagues and end users to propose effective, process and solutions to increase and enhance productivity.
In this role, the selected candidate maintains and grow technical expertise in all areas of networks, systems, and software; develops and monitors systems group policies as required to mitigate IT security vulnerabilities.
