Responsible for all phases (planning, scheduling and managing) of the design and construction process for a construction or refurbishment project generally in the range of $25 million to $50 million in cumulative budget responsibility.
Provides managerial oversight to a construction project or a series of construction projects. Responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project.
Responsible for maintaining records relating to inspection and testing data, and applying quality assurance / control procedures. Develop working relationship with customers, both internal and external, in order to ensure customer needs are addressed.
Performing additional construction management activities including development procurement - construction schedules, construction subcontracts scopes, review of subcontracts terms and conditions, performance of constructability and value engineering reviews, construction estimating and schedule reviews, and project construction performance presentations.
