The District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving Company objectives and executing initiatives, programs and procedures to ensure complete compliance and achievement in the areas of store financial results, customer service, operations, merchandising, marketing and staff training and development.
In this role, you will be responsible to communicate to the Director of Business Management - Oahu and the finance/accounting department for the accuracy and consistency of information, direct coordination of budgets and other accounting matters, protection of corporate assets, compliance of corporate policies, and continuity of systems and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
In this role, you will be expected to grow and manage our already successful market. The general manager is responsible for reaching established yearly goals by managing the day-to-day operations of the office and by establishing relationships with key clientele.
