The District Manager has directmanagement/leadership responsibility for between 7 and 10 sales representativesand is accountable for achieving sales goals through effectively coaching andleading their team.
In this key account management role, youll be responsible for meeting with current clients (car dealerships) and presenting them with additional SaaS solutions that will help them transform their client acquisition and retention strategies.
In this role you will be working with top Manufacturing companies and OEMs and distributors across several industry segments to promote and sell motion control products, communicate special programs, present marketing /advertising programs and new products, handle and process warranties, prepare and conduct training and educational seminars.
This person will also spend time developing new accounts in the territory. Also, will be calling on top Electrical Contractors, Distribution Channel, Electrical Consulting Engineers and General Contractors.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop strategies and plans for managing account activities; prioritize and coordinate opportunities across multiple accounts to maintain a healthy sales funnel; and develop, communicate, and monitors sales forecasts to ensure accuracy.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the sales support and account management for select key accounts within the territory; implement sales strategy for new product line growth in the territory.
The selected candidate will sell high quality chemical products for Biologic Safety Testing, Bio-manufacturing services and Toxicology services to Biotech, Pharma and Diagnostic Testing Services companies nationally.
In this role, the candidate will oversee a block of business or may develop new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling, issue resolution and superior service.
