As a developer at our customer site, you will be working to build and integrate dashboards and front-end applications into Service Now. You will also be validating and review code for a wide variety of code bases in Java, Ruby, and C#.
The Siebel Developer will implement technical requirements of the project in the Siebel CRM platform based on system design documents. The Developer is able to address technical issues and identify risks and issues.
Responsible for driving technical service resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through pre- and post-engineering technical/functional support to current and prospective customers.
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools; design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
Perform the routine aspects of assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles. Projects may include field inspection and analysis of highway bridges, retaining walls, box culverts and sign structures.
Prepares and maintains project design documentation that accurately tracks design sequence and rationale of design decisions, parametric cost estimates for various design phases, decisions on building materials and other pertinent project information.
Collaborate with multiple groups toward accomplishing a task. Ability to diagnose operational challenges and articulate findings, author documentation, and develop custom solutions to solve those challenges.
Develop and maintain effective communications and working relationships and appropriately trains personnel and shares information with other departments to ensure cross functional transfer of knowledge Company-wide.
